Parish Registration
Truly belonging to a Christian community is signified not only by attendance but also by registration.
If you have not formally registered in the parish, we invite you to do so now at the link below while you are registering your children for faith formation.
There is also a short form to update any changes in your address, phone or email,
or family status (births, deaths, Marriages, divorce, etc.)

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton offers a wide variety of opportunities for kids and their families to grow in their faith. The Faith Formation Program is the foundation of the ministry with weekly grade appropriate sessions for preschoolers all the way up to high school. We encourage all young people in our community participate in ON GOING Faith Formation, by enrolling in Faith Formation each year - from Preschool through 12th grade! Classes or Small Groups meet on Sundays and Wednesdays throughout the school year.Session Day/Time Choices for PreK - 6th Grade
- Sunday 8:30am - 9:30am
- Sunday 10:15am - 11:15am
- Wednesday 4:30am - 5:30am
- Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm
** Please note that beginning in the fall of 2019, 6th grade will now overlap with all four Children's Ministry time slots on Sundays and Wednesdays.Session Day/Time for The Upper Room - 7th - 8th Grade
Sunday 6:15pm - 7:45pm
** Please note that beginning in the fall of 2019, all 7th and 8th graders will now come at the same time on Sunday evening which also coincides with the 9th -12th grade (CREW) time slot.Session Day/Time for C.R.E.W - 9th - 12th Grade
C.R.E.W. (Confirmed Radically Empowered Witnesses) is our post Confirmation youth program and meets on Sunday evenings, providing opportunties for growth through fun, topical presentation/discussions and Praise & Worship....we feed them dinner too!
Sunday 6:15pm - 7:45pmHomestudy
Homestudy is available in some grades for families who would like to directly serve as the catechist for their child in a home setting. Students and parents follow a syllabus, complete weekly lessons, submit homework and attend sessions or classes during the year as scheduled. *Homestudy is not available in sacramental prep grades: 1st / 2nd or 7th / 8th.Sacrament Preparation
- First Eucharist requires two years of preparation through participation in Faith Formation in 1st and 2nd grades. Children receive 1st Reconciliation and 1st Communion in their 2nd grade year.
- Confirmation requires two years of preparation through participation in Faith Formation in 7th and 8th grades. Teens receive Confirmation at the end of their 8th grade year.
