St. Elizabeth Ann Seton has a long tradition of reaching out to support one another through the trials we face in life. When our parish was young, most of us followed jobs and found ourselves settling in the Dallas area, far from the traditional support systems of family and friends. We relied on each other as our children were born, faced illness, lost or found jobs. We offered a shoulder to cry on as we grieved over lost loved ones, and a ride when you could no longer drive. We became "family".
Through our Outreach and Justice ministries, the Community of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is committed to reaching out beyond our boundries to meet the needs of the larger community. We try to live by the values learned in Catholic Social Teachings.
